Worked example (modeled, not measured): on a $50,000 a month coding-agent workload saving $15,000 to $20,000 a month, the total is about $5,500 to $12,000 a month: the base fee plus $3,000 to $8,000 of commission. The baseline is fixed in the contract from the shadow audit and re-based annually.
